场地受限条件下盾构平移始发施工技术

Construction Technology of Shield Translation Launching Under Limited Site Conditions

摘要: 为解决地铁建设城市中心区域施工狭小场地盾构平移组装始发问题,结合广州地铁13号线2E42—车陂站区间工程实际,论述一种盾构盾体及后配套设备台车平移前的准备工作和平移装置过程,分析盾构分体快速平移通过横通道后在正线暗挖隧道进行组装的方法,并对盾构在盲洞始发和推进的施工工法进行研究。在施工过程中,创新性设计出一种可调式后配套设备平移装置,先后解决了盾体及后配套设备长距离平移、暗挖隧道组装、无负环及无电机车盲洞始发和双电瓶车推进等困难,加快了盾构平移速度,节约了施工成本,取得了较好的施工效果。

Abstract:  To successfully translate and assemble shield in narrow construction site in the urban central areas, a case study is conducted on the shaft E42 to Chebei station section of the Phase II of Guangzhou metro line 13, and the preparation work before the translation of the shield body and the rear supporting equipment trolley and a shield translation device are discussed. Then the method of assembling the shield in the main line tunnel after rapid translation of the shield body through the horizontal passage is analyzed. Additionally, the construction method of shield launching and advancing in blind tunnel is examined. The shield translation device developed successfully addresses issues, such as longdistance translation of shield body and rear supporting equipment, shield assembly in mined tunnel, shield launching in blind hole without negative rings or electric vehicles, and propulsion by double battery vehicles. This accelerates the horizontal movement speed of the shield, saves the construction costs, and achieves good construction results.
