沉管隧道沥青路面施工技术重难点及应对措施探讨

Difficulties in Asphalt Pavement Construction Technology of Immersed Tube Tunnel and Its Countermeasures

摘要: 为解决沉管隧道沥青路面抗反射裂缝难度大和基面潮湿等问题,对不同类型沉管结构缝及施工缝的收缩和差异沉降情况进行分析,并研究影响隧道湿度的各项因素。通过现场试验和实验室试验相结合的方法,提出针对性的解决措施。试验结果表明: 1)沉管接头采用无缝伸缩缝、变形缝采用App防水卷材+灌缝、施工缝采用聚酯玻纤布+灌缝,可有效防止隧道路面反射裂缝的产生; 2)通过合理利用自然温度变化,并结合机械通风的组合方案,可有效降低隧道湿度,保证基面干燥,改善作业环境; 3)通过对基面抛丸,并选择合理的沥青结构层,可有效提高沉管隧道沥青路面的防水性和耐久性。

Abstract:

 To deal with the reflective cracks and wet foundation surface in asphalt pavement construction of immersed tube tunnel, the shrinkage and differential settlement of structural joints and construction joints in different types of immersed tube tunnels are analyzed, and the factors affecting tunnel humidity are studied. The test results show that: (1) The reflective cracks of tunnel pavement can be effectively prevented by adopting seamless expansion joints for immersed pipe joints, App waterproof coil + filling joints for deformation joints, and polyester glass fiber cloth + filling joints for construction joints; (2) Through the rational use of natural temperature changes and the use of mechanical ventilation, the tunnel humidity can be effectively reduced to ensure dry base surface, and the working environment can be improved; (3) By blasting the base surface and selecting a reasonable asphalt structure layer, the waterproofing and durability of asphalt pavement surface of immersed tube tunnel can be effectively improved.
