U盾架管机垫层摊铺系统设计与应用

Design and Application of Cushion Paving System of U-Shaped Shield Pipe Erecting Machines

摘要: 为解决前期U型盾构垫层施工机械化程度低、施工质量差、施工效率低等问题,依托雄安新区启动区EA4综合管廊工程在U盾架管机上设计研发一种新型垫层摊铺系统。将其与U型盾构集成,通过与盾构导向系统相结合,实现垫层落料和自动刮平控制。介绍新型垫层摊铺系统的结构特点、工作原理和刮平装置在盾体内的布置以及适应多种管廊断面形式的垫层摊铺施工方法。经现场应用表明: 相较海口U型盾构垫层施作,新型垫层摊铺系统工效提升了67%,摊铺精度可达到±4 mm,有效提升了U型盾构施工管廊垫层摊铺的机械化和自动化程度。

Abstract: The early-stage construction of U-shaped shield cushions faces many challenges, such as low mechanization, poor construction quality, and inefficient processes. To address these issues, a novel type of cushion paving system was designed for a U-shaped shield pipe machine applied in the EA4 utility tunnel project in Qidong area of the Xiongan new district. This system was integrated directly with the U-shaped shield machine. By incorporating a guidance system, the system enables automated cushion blanking and scraping control. The authors introduce the structural characteristics and working principles of the cushion paving system, detailing the arrangement of the scraping device in the shield and the construction methods that allow the system to adapt to various utility tunnel cross-sections. Field application results show that compared to the previous cushion construction methods used with the U-shaped shield machine in Haikou, China, this new system boosts construction efficiency by 67% and achieves paving accuracy within ±4 mm. This significantly improves the mechanization and automation of cushion paving in utility tunnels using the Ushaped shield machine.
