中天山隧道TBM法掘进同步衬砌施工技术

摘要:

 由于中天山隧道具有独头掘进距离长,工期紧的特点,传统单工序作业的工法已不能满足项目要求,因此结合现场实际情况,提出了TBM法掘进同步衬砌施工的施工思路,为保证运输车快速安全的通过衬砌作业区,在台车的设计和边墙基础施工工艺上进行了创新,由于TBM施工段14km需独头掘进,常规的供水供电方案已不能满足要求,根据实际情况,进行了方案创新。为保证施工进度,对施工组织进行了细化,最后明确了需要进一步研究解决的问题,凸显该技术的经济、社会效益及发展前景。

Abstract:

 Zhongtianshan Tunnel has long blind heading and tight schedule, therefore the traditional single-process construction method can not satisfy the design requirements. It is proposed on basis of the field conditions that lining is made at the same time with the tunnel boring by means of TBM. In order to ensure that the trains can pass the lining construction area rapidly and safely, innovations are made in the design of the lining formworks trolley and the construction method of the side wall foundations. Because the traditional water and power supply scheme can not satisfy the 14kmlong blind tunnel boring, innovations are made in the water and power supply scheme. In order to ensure the construction schedule, the construction organization is optimized. Finally issues that are to be solved in the future are listed. The construction practice demonstrates the social and economic benefits and good prospect of this technology.
