摘要:

为解决长大隧道长斜井出碴运输难题,提高长斜井出碴运输效率,对隧道皮带机运输技术进行调研,对传统运输方式与皮带机运输进行比较分析,说明皮带机运输的优越性,并结合关角隧道的实际情况提出多种斜井出碴运输设计方案,对斜井皮带机在井底转载、储碴、喂料和破碎等细节方面进行方案比选,选择经济合理、切实可行的出碴运输方案,为指导关角隧道现场施工提供借鉴,为类似工程建设提供参考。

Abstract:

Belt conveyer muckingout technology is investigated in the paper in order to solve the muckingout problem of long inclined shafts of long tunnels and to improve the muckingout efficiency in long inclined shafts. The comparison between the traditional muckingout methods and the belt conveyor muckingout method demonstrates that the belt conveyor muckingout method has various advantages. Several muckingout options are proposed on basis of the actual conditions of Guanjiao tunnel. Discussion is made on the muck transfer, muck storage, muck feeding and muck crushing at the bottom of the inclined shaft in case of belt conveying muckingout method. Finally, reasonable, economic, reliable and feasible muckingout method is determined. The paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
