高雄捷运潜盾隧道之设计与施工

摘要:

 高雄都会区大众捷运系统红、橘线总长度42.7km,其中地下段约有34.2km,而以潜盾工法施作之路段约有23.78km。潜盾隧道大部分均位于高雄平原的现代冲积层,仅红线穿越半屏山路段为泥岩与石灰岩地质。由于以潜盾机钻掘之路段长达23.78km,因此,在施工过程中即会遭遇如穿越河道与港口船渠、穿越既有建筑物、桥梁与铁路下方、钻掘岩石及潜盾出发、到达与联络通道之高施工风险等问题。
本文除汇整高雄捷运各潜盾隧道工程之基本数据(如地质状况、潜盾机数量、形式、制造厂商等),与说明高雄捷运潜盾隧道在设计之初,如何考虑因应施工时将面临之问题外,主要探讨施工过程中遭遇之各类案例与处理方式,诸如LUO04潜盾到达与LUO09联络通道开挖塌陷、LUO03与LUO04穿越船渠与河道下方、LUR22钻掘抵触桥梁基桩、LUR12、LUR27、LUR26、LUO04、LUO17穿越铁路与建筑物下方之沉陷控制与建物保护、LUR28钻掘泥岩与石灰岩、LUO10近邻建筑物连续壁钻掘及地盘改良区强度过高钻掘困难等,以供未来类似工程之参考。

Abstract:

The total length of Red and Orange Line in Kaohsiung Metropolitan Mass Rapid Transit System is 42.7 km of which 34.2 km is underground. Tunnel length constructed by shield tunnelling method is 23.78 km long. Most of tunnels were bored within the modern alluvium of Kaohsiung champaign except for a section of Red Line where tunnels passed through a limestone/mudstone hill. There were some conditions and problems encountered during construction of the shield tunnels, such as passing through under river, harbor channel, existing building, bridge and railroad, boring rock, and the high risk of shield launches, arrivals and construction of cross passage.
This article collects the fundamental information of shield tunnels in Kaohsiung MRT system, including geology conditions, the amount, the type and the supplier of shield machines. It still describes the condition of how to deal with problems that will be encountered in construction during tunnel designing. Last, it shows the methods of solving those problems encountered actually during construction.
