城市暗挖大跨地铁车站“洞柱法”施工沉降控制措施

Control Measures for Ground Settlement during Station Construction

摘要:

 结合车站穿越粉细砂层、热力隧道、上水、污水、燃气管道等不良地质,周围毗邻使馆区等重要建筑物的特点和难点,介绍了暗挖三联拱地铁车站采用“洞柱法”施工所采取的优化方案、超前探测加固措施以及二衬施工中采用的主动换撑技术,确保了地下车站结构施工的环境安全、地表一级风险源管线安全,满足了工期要求。最后,探讨了目前城市大跨暗挖隧道施工中沉降形成的主要原因以及沉降分配系统,取得了初步的结论。

Abstract:

The station presented in this paper is in the finesand layer, and passes through the heating, water, sewage and gas pipeline, and is in close proximity of some important buildings, therefore, controlling the settlement of ground during the construction of the station become very crucial. The techniques and measures in the construction of the threearch shallow station are discussed. The tunnelcolumn method is used to reduce the settlement and ensure the safety. In addition, the reasons of settlement and its distribution system during the construction of the largescale tunnels in urban areas are analyzed.
