关角隧道单车道无轨斜井施工方案优化

摘要:

针对关角隧道XGZHQ5-2标段单车道无轨斜井施工进度滞后的现状及其施工中遇到的难题,通过加强科技创新和经验总结,采取双联进洞、中隔板通风、皮带机运输等方式对施工方案进行切实可行的优化,同时加强项目管理,有效地缓减了工期压力,为关角隧道现场施工提供指导,为类似工程建设提供参考。

Abstract:

A trackless singlelane inclined shaft is originally designed for XGZHQ52 bid section of Guanjiao tunnel to speed up the tunnel construction. During the tunnel construction, however, the construction schedule is lagging behind the plan and many problems occur. Therefore, the original construction scheme is optimized on basis of scientific innovations and engineering experience by adopting twintube access to the main tunnel, ventilation with false ceiling and conveyor belt mucking system. Furthermore, the project management is strengthened. In the end, the problem in the construction schedule is successfully solved. The paper can be served as reference for similar projects in the future.
