摘要:

本文对大直径盾构的端头加固技术进行了探讨,通过北京地下直径线盾构工程建设的实例,讨论采用素混凝土桩的加固方法,解决砂卵石地层大直径盾构始发安全及长距离掘进中途实现常压换刀的技术难题。结果表明:工程加固效果明显,盾构始发成功,地表下沉较小,无坍塌情况出现。

Abstract:

The consolidation of shafts for large diameter shield boring is discussed in this paper, with the shield tunneling of the underground transit line in Beijing as an example. The method of consolidation by plain piles is studied in detail. For the sake of the consolidation method adopted, the problems of safe launching of large diameter shield in sandy cobble stratum and the cutter replacing under the atmospheric pressure during long distance boring are successfully solved. The practice shows that the consolidation by plain piles is effective, with the shield being launched successful with little ground settlement and zero collapse.
