摘要:

针对在高寒地区进行喷射混凝土施工,喷射混凝土从搅拌、运输到施工整个过程在低气压、低温环境中易遭受冻害,回弹率增大,工作量加大,且混凝土质量难以保证。研究液体速凝剂掺量、环境温度对水泥净浆凝结时间的影响规律,找出速凝剂的最佳掺量,设计喷射混凝土配合比;并介绍施工现场控制温度、保证质量的措施,所选配合混凝土比的应用效果良好。

Abstract:


Abstract: In case shotcreting is executed in extreme cold areas, the mixing, transportation and spraying of the shotcrete are performed under low temperature and low pressure, which results in large volume of rebound, heavy workload and difficulties in shotcrete quality guarantee. The rule of the influence of the liquid accelerator content and the surrounding temperature on the cement paste setting time is studied, the optimum accelerator content is established and the mixing ratio of the shotcrete is designed. The temperature control measures and shotcrete quality control measures taken in the job site are described. In the end, satisfactory results are achieved.
