Abstract: The application conditions, layout mode,structure support,waterproofing and drainage and construction program of the underground ventilation equipment chamber of Huayingshan superlong highway tunnel on NanchongDazhuLiangping Highway in Sichuan Province are presented. The practice shows that the underground ventilation equipment chamber is a good choice for the ventilation and management of superlong tunnels. 
