Abstract:
The layout of Metro station and conventional doubleline tunnel is a difficult problem in complex urban area. In this paper, the largediameter earth pressare balance (EPB) shield tunneling technologies for North Dongfengqiao StationSouth Wangjing Station section on No.14 Line of Beijing Metro and Metro tunnel enlarging construction by using pilebeamarch (PBA) method are presented. The key technologies, the connecting construction sequence between shield section and Metro station and segment disassembling, are emphatically presented. The construction results show that: 1) The largediameter shield tunneling technologies and PBA enlarging method adopted are new, advanced and reliable. 2) The influence of the construction on the surrounding environment can be brought under effective control. 3) The technologies mentioned are worth popularizing.
