Study of Financing Scheme Selection of Metro Projects Based on Risk Assessment

Abstract:

Rational financing scheme is the key to achieve success of Metro projects. The risk factors of Metro project financing scheme are analyzed by WBSRBS method; and the risk assessment index system of Metro project financing scheme is established by Delphi technique. Every index weight is calculated by grey relation entropy method; and the financing scheme selection model based on weight coefficient grey target theory is proposed. The construction practice of Qingdao Metro Line No. 5 shows that the model is feasible. The results can provide reference for financing decision of similar projects in the future.
