Key Technologies for Receiving of Superlarge Diameter Slurry Shield

Abstract:

The receiving technologies for superlarge diameter slurry shield used in soft strata of Line N of rivercrossing passageway on Weisan Road in Nanjing are introduced. A new kind of shield receiving portal sealing structure, namely steel spring plate bundle structure, are adopted, which can avoid disadvantages of conventional sealing structure, i.e. inconvenient operation and easy damage. Special segments which can strengthen the portal sealing grouting effect are designed and manufactured, and good effects are reached. The results can provide references for similar projects in the future.
