Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of delamination of the tunnel lining, a lining reinforcement method using corrugated steel sheets is proposed. The method uses chemical anchor bolts to connect the corrugated steel sheets are connected with the lining concrete, and a filling material is added in the connections. The finite element numerical simulation models are established under 3 conditions, i.e. the corrugated steel plate works alone, the corrugated steel plate and the chemical anchor bolt work together, and the corrugated steel plate, the chemical anchor bolt and the filling layer work together when tunnel lining concrete falls; and the corresponding reinforcement effects are calculated and analyzed. The calculation results show that: (1) The structure is in the most unfavorable condition when the corrugated steel plate works alone, the top deflection of the corrugated plate is 110.2 mm and the stress is 136.8 MPa, which can still meet requirements. (2) When considering the actions of the chemical anchor and the filling layer, the structural response is minimal.
