Abstract:
The concept, engineering practice and application of structural cut and convert (CC) method are studied. Firstly, based on the latest research results of CC method, the core contents of CC method are introduced in detail from the aspects of structure division, construction scheme and node processing. And then the verification research is carried out in combination with engineering practice; the comparison is made between the scheme of joint in midspan and that on column top; the process of cut and convert of the underground structure of the project is introduced to verify the rationality, flexibility and applicability of CC method. Finally, the feasibility study of the application of CC method to waterrich stratum is studied; combination applications of the CC method with open cut method, undercut method, shapedsteel reinforced concrete and ground prefabricated structure, etc. are studied, and the results show that the CC method is worth combining with other advanced construction methods.
