Guiding System Based on Doubleshield TBM

Abstract:

In order to meet the attitude measurement requirement of doubleshield TBM construction, a doubleshield position detecting device including photographic target, laser target, laser transmitter, total station, prism, etc. is developed, which can improve its accuracy. Meanwhile, the design of the doubleshield guiding system, realization of measurement algorithm, and error correction algorithm of laser position detection device are studied. Finally, the CAD simulation and joint debugging of software and hardware are performed and total station is used for analog measurement, so as to verify the validity of the algorithm and the stability of the software. The results show that the error of coordinates calculated by the abovementioned algorithm is less than 5 mm comparing to that calculated by total station, which can meet the construction surveying requirement of doubleshield TBM.
