Finite Element Simulation Analysis of Rock Breaking Test Platform for Dualmode TBM Cutter

Abstract:

The vibration characteristics of the dualmode TBM cutter rock breaking test platform are analyzed, which can be used to optimize the structure of the platform. By using ANSYS Workbench simulation software, the numerical simulation analysis of the test platform under the working state is completed through the modal analysis under the prestressed force. The first eighth natural frequency and mode shape of the test platform are obtained, which fully reflects the structural characteristics. And then the harmonic response of the test platform is analyzed by modal superposition method, and the displacementfrequency response diagram and stressfrequency response diagram are obtained. The results show that the maximum response frequency of the test platform is 145.47 Hz, which verifies the antivibration performance of the structure of the test platform, and provides a basis for the next structural optimization of the test platform.
