Abstract:

To improve the accuracy of the selfdeveloped robot in assembly of prefabricated arc parts, a Tshaped triple prism fine adjusting method is designed. Three fine adjusting schemes for prefabricated arc parts are introduced, and their improving principles are displayed. The selfdeveloped robot realizes intelligent assembly of prefabricated arc parts with a low labor consumption and safe operation. A assemble precision of 3 mm for prefabricated arc parts is achieved through continuous improvement.
