Research and Application for Mechanization of Lining Construction of Operating Railway Tunnels

Abstract:

When dealing with lining diseases of operating highspeed railway tunnels, problems such as low safety factor, high labor intensity, large demand for construction personnel, and uneven construction quality are encountered. Therefore, the construction equipment requirements and specifications for railway online equipment are investigated and analyzed, and the equipmentsupporting technology is studied as an existing treatment method for lining reinforcement disease. A set of mechanized equipment and construction organization schemes suitable for the lining construction of railway tunnels is formed. This equipment technique was applied to a highspeed railway tunnel lining project. The application results show the following: (1) The operation is conducted on a limited time basis by using the operating skylight point, which has the characteristics of integration, modularization, mechanization, and specialization. (2) In the case of reducing the number of operators by more than half, the work efficiency is increased by more than two times. (3) The emergency solution plan is reliable and effective and can handle emergencies.
