Abstract:

To adapt to the trend of mechanization, intelligence, and unmanned development of tunnel construction in China, around the mechanized construction tunnel of drilling and blasting method,

the authors propose an advance geological detection technology of seismic waves while drilling via the drilling and blasting method in mechanized tunnel construction. The drilling and blasting method takes the rockbreaking vibration of a drilling jumbo as the source. Further, the authors propose solutions regarding the problems of wave field aliasing and identification of effective information of seismic data caused by the multisource continuous excitation of the drilling jumbo. Subsequently, the VMDSVDRobustICA threearm mixed pilot signal separation method and the pulse deconvolutionwavelet domain crosscorrelation seismic record reconstruction method are proposed. The separation of threearm mixed pilot signals and extraction of effective reflection signals are realized. Using the wireless highprecision detection equipment equipped with the drilling jumbo, "exploring while drilling" is preliminarily realized, and the influence of the advance geological prediction on the mechanized tunnel construction by the drilling and blasting method is reduced. Finally, the existing problems and solutions of the proposed technology are discussed.
