Abstract:
The property of the deformations of the surrounding rock mass comprehensively reflects the changes of the rock mass caused by excavation and is the most direct evidence to judge the stability of the underground works. Therefore, monitoring and measurement, as well as feedback and analysis of the monitoring results, are always conducted during the complete process of the NATM construction. On basis of an engineering case, the article makes discussions on the application of the monitoring and measurement technology in the construction of largespanned double-arched tunnels under complex geological conditions and summarizes some successful experience, which can provide reference for similar works.
