Abstract:
The author first of all makes an overview on “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Employment Contracts”. On basis of the supplement, adjustment and improvement to the relevant existing employment contract stipulations provided by Law of the People’s Republic of China on Employment Contracts", the author states that the enterprises should not only adjust the enterprises’ employment contract management, standardize the employment management behaviors and minimize the employment dispute risks on basis of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Employment Contracts", but also should protect the enterprises’ own benefits by taking full use of the relevant stipulations of Law of the People’s Republic of China on Employment Contracts". Furthermore, the author provides some concrete recommendations on the enterprises’ countermeasures for Law of the People’s Republic of China on Employment Contracts”.
