Abstract:

When the tunnel crosses through the sandy gravel stratum with higher water content and great permeability factors during the construction of Shenzhen Metro, end reinforcement at the soft stratum by horizontal deep-hole grouting is carried out, ensuring the stability of the soil mass upon the starting of the shield machine and upon the arrival at the end.
