Abstract:

easonable shaft station arrangement and reliable and efficient muck transfer system are fundamental factors to ensure the successful operation of the railbound transportation through inclined shafts. Track transportation system is adopted for No. 3 inclined shaft of Xiangshan tunnel on LongyanXiamen railway. The arrangement of the shaft station and the construction of the muck chamber are described. The key points of the construction are summarized and countermeasures are recommended.
