Abstract:

 JB2 series slurry mixing machine with vertical shaft and cantilever is developed in order to solve the problem of the mixing of extralarge slurry tanks in tunneling by slurry shield machine. The machine has been applied in the tunneling of slurry shield machines since 2006 and satisfactory effects have been achieved. The advantages of the mixing machine include high efficiency, low energy consumption and low cost. The successful development can provide guidance for the design of machines with long cantilever and rotating shaft.
