Abstract:

The management of the slurry indexes and the layout and process of the slurry treatment system are analyzed and the design of the separating, concentrating and filtering processes of the slurry treatment system is studied with emphasis, with the application of the slurry treatment in the construction of the intake tunnel of Taishan Nuclear Power Station as an example, so as to effectively separate the mud from water during the slurry shield boring under complex geological conditions with large quantity of clay. The treatment technologies adopted have met the standard of “zero emission”. The function of the concentrator is presented. The successful experience can provide reference for similar projects.
