Abstract: The main principle, site layout, typical sequences and key technologies such as rebar installation, formwork erection, concrete casting and segment pushing of the manufactory fabrication of tube elements of immersed tunnels are presented, with the manufactory of the tube elements of Oresund immersed tunnel as an example. The construction practice shows that the mentioned technology has such advantages as small land requirement, cost saving, environment friendly, short construction cycle, high quality reliability and free of influence by the weather.
