Key Construction Technologies for Doubleblock Ballastless Track: Cast Study on Xiamao Tunnel

Abstract

Abstract: The doubleblock ballastless track is a new type of track with high requirements on trak geometry form and position and track bed board concrete. The problems occurred to the construction are presented with the fine turning of the track, grouting of the track bed board and construction organization of CRTS Ⅰ type doubleblock ballastless track of Xiamao tunnel on XiangtangPutian railway. The conclusions of the paper can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
