Abstract: Contract developments are very important for the underground constructions. This report mainly describes the development stages, contractual implications, and project organization of the underground construction. Contract model and major contract components are introduced firstly. Some key points, such as addressing adverse geology, risk control, measures in preconstruction, measures of risk reduction, investigation quality, and pre & in construction investigations are then detailed discussed, respectively.
