Abstract: Changhongling tunnel on ChongqingLichuan railway crosses underneath Jiangchi town. In the construction of the towncrossing section of the tunnel, vibrationminimizing blasting tests are performed by using electronic detonators. The mentioned tests are carried out under the guidance of interference vibrationminimizing theory. The vibrationminimizing blasting is monitored, and the blasting parameters are optimized. Fullface vibrationminimizing blasting technology with electronic detonators, which achieves less than 1.0cm/s blasting vibration velocity under the condition of about 30m distance, is established. In the end, the blasting vibration velocity is reduced, the safety of the surface buildings is guaranteed, the primary support of the tunnel is reduced and the construction efficiency is improved.
