Case Study on Prevention and Control of Risks of Line 9 of Shenzhen Metro

Abstract:

Metro works has 100year service life. The prevention and control of the risks of Metro works are not only concerned with the safe construction of the Metro works, but also are concerned with the economic efficiency of the investment. Six types of major risk sources of line 9 of Shenzhen Metro, i.e., market risks, resources risks, engineering risks, management risks, capital risks and coordination risks, are analyzed by means of system analysis method. Countermeasures are proposed for engineering risks, geological disaster risks, dangerous slope risks, utility line re-locating risks and traffic jam risks.
