Abstract:

The ventilation passage of Jiefangdalu Station of Changchun Metro is constructed by 10pilotheading CRD method. In the paper, the construction of the ventilation passage is simulated by means of fluidstructure interaction, so as to control and predict the construction risks effectively. Conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) The proposed two pilot heading sequences are compared in terms of ground surface settlement, sidewall convergence, primary support stress and plasticized zone distribution, and rational pilot heading sequence is found accordingly; 2) Two of the simulation results, i.e., vertical displacement and horizontal convergence, are selected and analyzed, which shows that the removal of the bottom temporary support and the temporary invert are vulnerable construction steps. Countermeasures are proposed for these vulnerable construction steps according to the specific project conditions.
