Abstract:
The conventional blasting technology has many disadvantages, such as utilization ratio of conventional blasting explosive, large content of harmful gas in the tunnel, and large density of dust. In this paper, the waterpressure blasting method used in the construction of Shiqiaopu StationShixinlu Station section of 5107 Bid Section on No. 5 Line of Chongqing railway transit is discussed. The site vibration monitoring data, gas monitoring data and ventilation time data collected are presented. The conclusions drawn are as follows: 1) The waterpressure blasting method has many advantages, such as improving the utilization ration of explosive and reducing the harmful gas content, dust and ventilation time, in term of energy conservation and environment protection. 2) The cost of the waterpressure blasting is less than that of conventional blasting, and the overbreak/shortbreak control effect of the waterpressure blasting is higher than that of conventional blasting.
