Abstract:

The selfrepairing performance of permeable crystallization selfhealing materials is studied by compressive test of concrete with artificial crack and impermeability pressure test of concrete．The results indicate that good selfhealing performance of concrete will be showed, the selfhealing materials have good selfhealing capability for concrete cracks, and compared to concrete without mixing selfhealing materials, the compressive strength and the second impermeable ability of concrete can be greatly improved, and the compressive strength of concrete cured for 28 d can be increased by 11.7% and the compressive strength of concrete cured for 56 d can be increased by 21.9%. The second impermeability pressure of concrete with selfhealing materials cured 28 d twice of concrete without the selfhealing materials, it is 2.5 times the blank one cured 56 d. Finally, the mechanism of selfhealing materials was analyzed and discussed，XRD and SEM results show that the selfhealing materials show complexation, permeable and crystallization mechanism.
