Abstract:
The selfrepairing performance of permeable crystallization selfhealing materials is studied by compressive test of concrete with artificial crack and impermeability pressure test of concrete.The results indicate that good selfhealing performance of concrete will be showed, the selfhealing materials have good selfhealing capability for concrete cracks, and compared to concrete without mixing selfhealing materials, the compressive strength and the second impermeable ability of concrete can be greatly improved, and the compressive strength of concrete cured for 28 d can be increased by 11.7% and the compressive strength of concrete cured for 56 d can be increased by 21.9%. The second impermeability pressure of concrete with selfhealing materials cured 28 d twice of concrete without the selfhealing materials, it is 2.5 times the blank one cured 56 d. Finally, the mechanism of selfhealing materials was analyzed and discussed,XRD and SEM results show that the selfhealing materials show complexation, permeable and crystallization mechanism.
