Discussion on Control Measures for H2S in Yuelongmen Tunnel on ChengduLanzhou Railway

Abstract:

The causes, distribution characteristics and damage of H2S to railway tunnel construction and operation are analyzed. The engineering comparison and theoretical calculation are carried out. A series of technologies, including strengthening advance detection, strengthening ventilation and making professional labor protection measures during tunnel construction and watergas separation discharge method during tunnel operation, are adopted. The safety of tunnel construction and operation can be guaranteed by using abovementioned technologies.
