Abstract:
The tunnel constructed by drilling and blasting method has many disadvantages, such as low overall mechanization degree, poor construction environment and high labor intensity. The technical key points of Menghua Railway Tunnel construction, i.e. measurement strengthening, steel frame closes to working face and lower bench followed by inverted arch, advance geological prediction, advance reinforcement and advance support, and proper construction method, rational support method, quick closure and good lining quality, are summarized in terms of establishment of the monitoring information platform, large crosssection excavation and early closure construction of primary support, improvement of smooth blasting level of hard rock tunnel and support structure quality. And then the construction mechanization matching of the tunnel, including the application and innovation of wet spraying manipulator, selfpropelled inverted arch long trestle, newtype of fixtures of secondary lining trolley, horseshoeshaped shield, precutting machine and boomtype roadheader, etc, is emphatically introduced, so as to provide technical support for management of the tunnel construction and improvement of mechanization level.
Key words: Menghua Railway Tunnel, tunnel construction, mechanization matching, wet spraying manipulator, selfpropelled inverted arch long trestle, secondary lining trolley, horseshoeshaped shield, precutting machine, boomtype roadheader
