Abstract:
The construction of tunnel lining by traditional lining trolley has many disadvantages such as concrete leakage, large vibration intensity and easy damage of connection point, etc. Hence, a new type of digital tunnel lining trolley with pressured casting is developed based on equipment design and informatized design to reduce lining hollows, cracks and drops. The trolley is equipped with doublecasting technology, pressintomold technology, highfrequency vibrating technology, connecting by special elastic material (soft connection technology), and digital control technology. The trolley has been applied firstly to Luojiashan Tunnel in Hubei, and good effects have been achieved. The doublecasting system can reduce the casting time from 12 h to 8 h, and the highfrequency vibrating can tamp concrete fully and reduce the bubbles, which can improve the concrete quality and reduce the labor intensity. Meanwhile, the mechanization, informatization and intellectualization of lining construction have been realized to a certain extent by the application of information integrated transmission system.
