Abstract:
The connection galleries of Cuizhu Station-Changzhou Railway Station of Changzhou Metro Line 1 obliquely intersect due to dislocation of reserved steel pipe. Hence, the Z-shaped connection gallery structure scheme and the plane oblique connection gallery freezing reinforcement scheme are adopted. And then the temperature and deformation during freezing are monitored, and the development law of the freezing temperature field and the variation law of surface displacement caused by frost heaving are analyzed. Some conclusions are drawn as follows: (1) The variation laws of temperature field and surface settlement are different from those of the conventional orthogonal connection gallery due to the effect of strengthened freezing holes. (2) The temperature drop rate of the external measurement point outside the left side of the down line is faster than that of the internal measurement point, while the temperature measurement rate of the internal measurement point inside the inner temperature measurement hole is higher than that of the external measurement point, and situation of the right side of the down line is just the contrary. (3) The measurement points of left side and right side of down line whose temperature rises during excavation are the external and internal measurement points respectively. (4) The distribution line of maximum surface elevation of the connection gallery is also inclined with a maximum inclination angle about 36.2°, which is close to that of the connection gallery.
