Abstract:

A shield construction risk monitoring system based on B/S frame is designed and developed, so as to improve the risk control in the process of EPB shield construction, increase the refinement degree of shield construction parameter control, and achieve automatic warning of abnormal shield construction parameters. Firstly, the requirements of safety risk management and control in EPB shield construction process are summarized, the basic framework of the system is established, and the basic functions of the system are determined. Secondly, the automatic warning of shield construction parameters is studied, and the judgment criteria and methods of parameter warning are put forward. The parameter warning is integrated into the shield risk monitoring system to realize the automatic warning of construction parameters. Finally, through careful algorithm and rational interface design, the research and development of the risk monitoring system is completed. The main functions of the system include shield parameter monitoring, parameter analysis, parameter warning, risk management and control, construction management, etc.
