Abstract: A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on grey relation analysis(GRA) is proposed to carry out objective and comprehensive evaluation on the grouting sealing effect of the operating tunnel and overcome the shortcomings of the existing evaluation methods. A two-level and three-layer grouting effect evaluation system is established from the aspects of grouting process control, grouting completion control conditions, grouting detection and grouting reliability, so as to evaluate the grouting sealing effect of the operation tunnel. An evaluation system based on 11 secondary indices selected from the grouting sealing project of Guiyang Metro tunnel is established to evaluate the grouting effect. In order to simplify the calculation, each index is quantified and divided according to the proportion of grouting holes that meet the engineering conditions in the total number of grouting holes, the initial matrix is constructed by using the GRA method in reverse, and the conclusion that the grouting effect evaluation is good is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle. The follow-up monitoring results verify the feasibility of the system method in tunnel grouting sealing effect evaluation.
