Abstract: To effectively reduce the unsafe behavior of metro station construction workers, the characteristics, influence, and forms of those unsafe behaviors are analyzed, and a risk management model based on risk factors for unsafe behavior is established using the antecedentbehaviorconsequence (ABC) analytical method. The results show the following. (1) Factors, such as management, individual workers, job positions, and operating environment, have a significant influence on the unsafe behaviors. (2) The formation of intentional or unconscious unsafe behaviors of metro station construction workers includes three stages: acquisition stage, transformation recognition stage, and habit maintenance stage. (3) Application of the ABC method can effectively analyze and manage the intentions of unsafe behavior. According to the model of observationcorrectionreobservationrecorrection, it is helpful to reduce the intentions of unsafe behavior of the construction workers. (4) According to the precontrol management idea of behavior safety, unsafe behaviors can be controlled and managed by early preventive intervention, data identification and precontrol, standardizing safe construction behavior, improving safety warnings, implementing safety interventions, and improving safety skills education, thus strengthening the management of construction workers′ safe behavior.
