BIMBased Automatic Acquisition and Intelligent Control Method for Pipeline Installation Schedule for Auxiliary Works of Subway Station

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of refined management and control of pipeline installation progress in electromechanical works and other auxiliary works of subway station, an intelligent control method for automatic data collection and visual analysis of installation progress is proposed. The content includes the following. (1) The pipeline BIM model is used to generate the materials list, and the BIM model of pipeline segment is imported into the BIM management platform; 2) According to the materials list, the factory prints RFID electronic labels and sticks them after the pipe section process completed; (3) After the arrival and installation of the pipe segment, the data is identified by the RFID reader on site automatically and transmited remotely; (4) The BIM management platform receives information for data analysis, automatically calculates the installation progress, and carries out management and control reminder in a visual way. Through the research of the electromechanical works and other auxiliary works of the west second ring station of Hohhot metro line 1, the results show that: 1 The method can intuitively display the installation location of each component (especially the unique installation location of the abnormalshaped component) and effectively guide the onsite installation; (2 The method enables the project manager to control the pipeline installation progress in a realtime and dynamic manner, which can improve the project management efficiency.
