Abstract:

The software for the control system of EPB shield is developed and designed by means of S7-400H PLC redundancy system platform so as to improve the fault tolerance capability. The control of the tail sealing system and the relationship among enabled conditions are analyzed and summarized. The control procedure of the tail sealing system is analyzed. The paper can provide reference for the operation and maintaining of shield machines, as well as for the design of the control system of shield machines.
