In order to improve the level of tunnel waterproof
and drainage technology and realize the quantitative design of spray type
waterproof, taking donghuayuan tunnel project of Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed
railway as the background, this paper studies the influencing factors of the
thickness of spray type waterproof coating, mainly including the engineering
waterproof grade, design service life, groundwater condition, tunnel
longitudinal slope direction, tunnel environment and spraying construction
method, etc The quantitative design method of waterproof is based on the basic
value and recommended value of spray layer thickness at different parts of the
tunnel, and the thickness of waterproof layer is finally determined by weighted
correction; a fully closed spraying quick setting rubber asphalt waterproof
system suitable for open cut tunnel is proposed, which is "surface
treatment + self waterproofing of lining structure + spraying waterproof layer,
protective layer, leveling layer + joint waterproof", and has been
successfully applied to the east garden Tunnel waterproof design. The tunnel
automatic spraying waterproof equipment was developed, and the spraying waterproof
construction automation was realized through the computer-controlled running
device and spraying manipulator, which replaced the traditional manual spraying
method. The practice shows that the mechanical spraying efficiency is 4 times
of the manual spraying, and the qualified rate of waterproof inspection is
100%.
