Research on Geological Prediction System of Rock Drilling Jumbo Based on Least Squares Support Vector Machine

Abstract: In order to accurately and quickly evaluate the character of surrounding rock in front of the tunnel face during drilling and blasting excavation by the drilling jumbo, the relationship between drilling parameters and uniaxial compressive strength of surrounding rock is studied. The geological prediction model of drilling jumbo based on least square support vector machine is preliminarily established, the model parameters are optimized to improve the accuracy of the model, and the geological prediction system of rock drilling jumbo is built. The database of drilling parameters and tunnel surrounding rock parameters of factory drilling test is obtained through rock physical and mechanical property test and rock jumbo factory drilling test. The factory test verification results show that the uniaxial compressive strength of surrounding rock predicted by the model is close to the measured parameters, the goodness of fit 〖WT5《TNR#I》〗RWT5《TNR》〗2=88.1%, and the mean absolute error and root mean square error MAE=2.39 and MSE=4.21, indicating that the drilling jumbo geological prediction system has good prediction effect for the uniaxial compressive strength, and can provide a basis for and improve the intelligent control degree and guide the safe construction of tunnel of rock drilling jumbo in drilling and blasting construction.
