高压水射流辅助机械破岩技术的研究进展

摘要:

高压水射流辅助机械破碎岩石是提高岩石掘进速度的一项前沿技术,具有破碎速度快、刀具磨损少、粉尘含量小、可移动性好的优点,有很大的发展潜力和开发价值。为了进一步研究高压水射流破岩技术,分析了高压水射流辅助机械破碎岩石的机制研究状况、技术发展的新趋势,根据实验和工作经验,综述和归纳了岩石特性与水射流参数对破碎岩石效果的影响规律,有针对性地提出了高压水射流辅助机械破碎岩石的研究突破点和思路,以期为今后高压水射流辅助机械破岩技术提供借鉴。

Abstract:

The highpressure water jet assistant machine, which can improve the efficiency of rock breaking, has advantages, such as high rock breaking speed, less abrasion of cutter tools, low dusty and movability. The stateofart of the study on the mentioned machine and the trend of the technology are analyzed. Influencing rules of rock characteristics and jet parameters on rock breaking effect are summarized. The breaking points and thinking of the study on the mentioned machine are proposed. The paper can provide references for application of rock breaking technology by means of highpressure water jut assistant machine.
