盾构隧道侧穿高铁桥梁桩基的影响分析与措施

Study on Influence of Shieldbored Tunnel Adjacent to Piles of Highspeed Railway Bridge and Countermeasures

摘要:

结合国内某城市盾构隧道下穿的实际工程,采用三维有限元数值模拟方法,研究盾构穿越施工对高铁桥梁桩基的影响和控制措施。结果表明:在中风化泥质粉砂岩中,隧道施工完成后,桥梁桩基水平位移背离隧道方向;盾构隧道施工引起桩的最大水平位移为0.24 mm,承台中心最大沉降为0.52 mm,产生的最大附加轴力为230 kN,变形值及桩底承载力满足规范要求,不必对桥梁桩基进行主动加固。结合下穿之前的实际掘进试验,提出了盾构近距离下穿高铁桥梁的施工控制措施。计算结果与现场监测数据基本一致,从而说明模型的合理性。

Abstract:

In this article, the FEM 3D numerical simulation is built to analyze the internal forces and deformations of piles, with a shieldbore tunnel crossing adjacent to piles of highspeed railway bridge. The results show that piles move deviate from the tunnel in horizontal direction after the tunneling in moderately weathered argillaceous siltstone. The piles’ maximal horizontal displacement is 0.24 mm, the greatest settlement of pile cap’s centre is 0.52 mm, the largest additional internal axial force of piles is 230 kN. As both the deformation and bearing capacity of the piles could meet the specification requirements, no active reinforcement is conducted. The paper proposed the precautions and safety measures when the shield tunnel conducted closely under the pile of highspeed railway bridge based on the previous tunneling experiment. Besides, the rationality of the simulation is demonstrated by the accordance between the computed result and practical monitoring data.
