结构分割转换工法结构体系安全性分析

摘要:

结构分割转换工法(CC工法)作为一种全新的施工方法,对其结构体系进行安全性评估具有重要意义。首先,基于CC工法的首个试验项目,介绍该工法的特点及原理。然后,根据各阶段结构特点,对结构体系进行杆系单元模型简化,分析各阶段结构的自由度,判断其安全性,并得出以下结论: 1)安全可靠的结构体系需具备一定的强度和刚度,能承受外荷载和抵御变形; 2)各阶段结构应满足在偶然荷载作用下保持整体稳定性的要求; 3)结构体系内部应有多余的约束,给整体稳定性提供一定的冗余; 4)结构体系应考虑时空效应,即采用增量法,充分考虑不同阶段荷载的相互影响。最后,通过对比增量法与全量法2种情况下结构的受力区别,并结合工法试验项目在设计、施工中存在的问题,提出相应的解决方案,指出优化方向。

Abstract:

As a new construction method, the structural cut and convert (CC) method is of great significance to the safety evaluation of its structural system. Firstly, the characteristics and principles of CC method are introduced based on the first experimental project of CC method. And then according to the structural characteristics of every stage, the structural system is simplified by the element model of the rod system, the freedom degrees of the structure of every stage are analyzed, and its safety is judged. Some conclusions are drawn as follows: (1) Safe and reliable structure system should has certain strength and rigidity to bear external load and resist deformation. (2) The structure at each stage should meet the requirement of maintaining the overall stability under accidental load. (3) There should be redundant constraints in the structural system to provide a certain degree of redundancy for the overall stability. (4) The effect of time and space should be considered in the structural system, that is, the incremental method should be adopted to fully consider the mutual influence of loads in different stages. Finally, by comparing the structural stress difference between the incremental calculation method and the total calculation method, and combining the problems existing in the design and construction of the engineering test project, the corresponding solutions are proposed and the optimization direction is pointed out.
